The first podcast of 2014 includes two great guests.

The latest episode covers men's fashion and workplace bullying. You can click on the audio player below or listen here if you're on a mobile device.

Judah Estreicher, the owner of JBD Clothiers Inc. in Baltimore, joins me in studio to offer fashion advice for men. Estreicher recently started blogging for the Baltimore Business Journal. You can read his recent posts on how to pack for business trips and what to wear to holiday parties.

Among his tips:

Suits require careful consideration so always use a garment bag. If you’re driving, lay it flat across the back seat or hang it up on a hanger. NEVER wear your suit jacket while driving. If flying, take it as a carry on, because if checked baggage gets lost, you’ll still have your suit. Fold the garment bag in half and ask a flight attendant to hang it up for you or place it in the overhead compartment.

In the first segment, I talk to Howard K. Kurman of the law firm Offit Kurman PA. He elaborates on a recent guest post he wrote for the BBJ on how to stop workplace bullying.

Kurman describes what bullying generally looks like in the workplace and how company policies can address it.
