Nothing really gets us excited about the red carpet at the People’s Choice Awards. Given its close proximity to big ticket award shows, we find that most attendees rarely bother to bring their A-game to the show.
The 40th annual show was held at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles on Jan. 8 and was hosted by “Two Broke Girls” stars Beth Behrs and Kat Dennings — taking over after a two-year run by “Big Bang Theory” actress Kaley Cuoco — who both looked great. This was a pleasant surprise.
And there were others. Some great, some not so great, all worth mentioning. Here are our thoughts on the night.
