2014 Golden Globes after-party fashion: Miranda Kerr's 'safety pin' dress and more - The Star-Ledger - NJ.com

They may not score invites to the big dance, but that didn't stop the starlets from making a splash at the 2014 Golden Globe after-parties.

Newly-single supermodel Miranda Kerr wore what was easily the most risque look — a kind of paean to Elizabeth Hurley's iconic, infamous safety pin gown, although this black, long-sleeved Emilio Pucci dress was (barely) held together by chains that snaked up her thigh and across her back, no underwear allowed. Runner-up: "Vampire Diaries" star Kat Graham in a sheer striped Michael Costello halter gown over a nude-colored bodysuit with an extremely deep V neck.

The katana-wielding "The Walking Dead" star Danai Gurira cleaned up well, in a short-sleeved, body-hugging pink lace dress. "True Detective" star Michelle Monaghan also impressed in a white Antonio Berardi gown with unusual chunky beading.
