Fashion advice from 100-year-olds: Mental Floss recently combed the Internet and combined 100 pieces of advice media outlets have gathered from 100-year-olds over the years. They're all very wise—but I was surprised that there was only one fashion tip in the bunch. It comes from a woman named Ruth, who says: "Invest in quality pieces; they never go out of style.” We agree! [Mental Floss]

Nicole Scherzinger's launching a clothing line, maybe: Pussycat Doll turned reality-television judge Nicole Scherzinger may be launching a fashion line with online retailer Missguided, reports The Daily Record . "Missguided think she could be great for the brand, and fashion is something she wants to get into," a source tells the paper. "Expect a lot of sexy, tight-fitting dresses and plenty of sparkles in the range. She wants to really put her stamp on it and make it Schermazing." #Schermazing. [Daily Record]

Luxury last minute: Now you can do your Christmas shopping up till the very last second—and have it delivered if you live in New York City, Westchester, and Bergen County in New Jersey! Net-a-Porter has announced that it's extended its same-day delivery area to parts of Westchester and Bergen County just in time for the holidays—with delivery service up through Christmas Eve. "Same-day service allows people to avoid crowds at stores and spend more time with loved ones at home," said Alison Loehnis, President of Net-a-Porter. "With our premier delivery service, sudden wish list additions and last minute gifts are now easily accessible up until December 24. The best part is that all purchases will land on doorsteps within hours, beautifully packaged and ready to be placed under the Christmas tree." [Glamour Inbox]

Mugler's cabaret opens in Paris: Manfred—as in, the designer formerly known as Thierry Mugler—opened his cabaret revue in Paris late last week. According to reports: "What the designer created was an imaginative song and dance revue that featured a series of tableaux and an original score. The sets ranged from one featuring a giant, animated woman’s face that morphed in surprising — and scary — ways to a decrepit end-of-the-line Paris Metro station platform and a studio for dancers." So, yeah. Does this sound like the scary part of Cirque to anyone else? Not lying—I'd kill to see it. [WWD]
