Miley Cyrus, Lady Gaga and Taylor Swift worked the 2013 American Music Awards (AMAs) red carpet in three drastically different looks.
Cyrus and Gaga took to the stage during the awards ceremony to perform their current singles, Cyrus with a performance of "Wrecking Ball" and Gaga with a presidential-themed rendition of "Do What U Want" featuring R. Kelly.
Swift took home several awards during the AMAs, including the coveted Artist of the Year award and Favorite Female Country Artist (see full list of winners).
On the red carpet, Cyrus wore a demure white Versus Versace suit with oversized gold safety pins attached on the suit jacket's side. The singer paired the toned-down look with Saint Laurent black high heels and Lorraine Schwartz jewelry.
Gaga emerged at the AMAs in a lilac Versace gown on the back of a white horse, made out of people who lifted the singer across the red carpet. Gaga also sported long blonde wavy locks to complete her fairy tale-inspired look.
Swift chose a sexy gold Julien Macdonald number for the AMAs, which showcased the singer's toned legs. The big winner of the night paired the sparkly mini dress with Jimmy Choo sandal heels, wavy curls, smokey-eye makeup and Lorraine Schwartz jewelry.
