We suppose there's something to be said for consistency.
If you think about it, Paris Hilton is approaching her fashion like a marketer defining a very specific brand. Unfortunately, that brand seems to be defined by super sexy dresses that were popular at Vegas nightclubs in the '90s. But the "Good Time" singer did essentially invent that look, so if anyone should be allowed to wear it into the ground, it's her.

We'll cut the former Simple Life star some slack for the fact that there's no pink, silk or massive cut-outs in this skimpy style. The black is actually somewhat refreshing on the queen of all things girly.
And yet, we still feel like we're in a fashion time warp. This shot may as well be from 2003—the year the Hilton Heiress first graced our TV screens with her chubby little side kick named Nicole.
At least we can say one half of the dynamic duo learned to adapt to the attire of the times...
