If you were relishing family and egg nog and missed the announcement, the two have been named the faces of Balmain menswear’s steamy advertising campaign for spring. One face isn’t enough for this label. Sometimes only a power couple will do.

It’s no secret that Kardashian is a big fan of the luxury label. There’s a personal connection, too.

Kardashian’s little sis Kendall Jenner is one of the faces in Balmain’s women’s wear spring campaign. Kim wore a Balmain dress for her bachelorette party. In September, she made news when she was tackled on the way to a Balmain fashion show during Paris Fashion Week. And last month, she showed off three pint-sized blazers given to her daughter by Balmain’s creative director.

“For this menswear campaign, I wanted to capture a moment of love,” Balmain creative director Olivier Rousteing said in a statement about the new ads. “Kim and Kanye are style icons and friends. It is an honor to have them in this Balmain campaign. Together, they represent love, beauty and diversity – they are the new modernity. This is more than a campaign, it expresses something beyond clothes – it is a celebration of love and friendship. This is a new statement for Balmain.”
