There's a new CiCi in town. American junior prospect Catherine "CiCi" Bellis, 15, of Atherton, Calif., stunned world No. 13 Dominika Cibulkova in the first round of the U.S. Open Tuesday afternoon, 6-1, 4-6, 6-4, despite entering her Grand Slam debut with a No. 1208 world ranking.
