Katie Holmes talked about the dissolution of her label Holmes & Yang in ELLE UK.
Katie Holmes may have ended her business relationship with stylist Jeanne Yang earlier in March, but there's no bad blood.
The 35-year-old former Mrs. Cruise opened up to ELLE UK about why she ended her involvement with fashion label Holmes & Yang. Despite reports to the contrary, it’s not because of a conflict with Yang.

"I loved every minute of my time working on Holmes & Yang," Holmes told the magazine. "I remained passionate about the design aesthetic we created, and am so happy with what Jeanne and I accomplished."
But, Holmes said, she's now focusing her attention back on 7-year-old daughter Suri Cruise and returning to the silver screen.

"I am now concentrating on acting and motherhood which did not leave the label the time and attention it deserved," Cruise said.
One of the last projects Holmes did with her line appears in ELLE UK, a fashion spread of her label.

"I'm really thrilled that the final showcase for Holmes & Yang is in ELLE -- I had a blast at my shoot for the magazine," she said. "It is fantastic to feel like it's ending on a high."
Holmes has some new acting projects on the horizon to turn her attention to. She is currently attached to an as-yet untitled ABC pilot about high society from the writer of the Emmy-winning HBO movie "Behind the Candelabra."
